Mputu occupies their time as a new media artist, Registered Nurse with a focus in integrative and indigenous health and in community on the orange county arts & cultural affairs diversity, equity & inclusion board along with the advocacy committee. recently, mputu was interviewed by protein agency about their contribution to their study focusing on ethical relationships between brands and creatives.
LVLZ Healing Hub, which centers the intersection of art, healing & organizing in praxis is Mputu’s current artistic focus. in medicine, she is exploring the ways the environment around us can be curated to influence more compassionate, humane and proactive behavior between us, with an emphasis on nonverbal exchanges. mputu’s work with autistic youth and children with exceptional needs in the school system and within the home has inspired these musings.
